Keeping Your Club/Society Active
Signing up as a Chairperson, Treasurer or Secretary
The Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer of your Club / Society must sign up with the SU each year. These three roles must be filled by currently registered students at Queen's, and must all be registered in order for you to access your Club / Society account. Other committee members are also welcome to sign up, especially if they require access to the SU Room Bookings system.
Please note that the committee year runs from 1st August - 31st July annually. Newly elected committee members don't officially start their roles or become account signatories until 1st August.
